Senior Payroll Analyst

At Houston Methodist, the Senior Payroll Analyst position is responsible for ensuring payroll functional applications that meet department performance objectives and optimizes payroll processes, focusing on automation and system utilization through data analysis and subject matter expertise. In addition to performing the duties of Payroll Analyst, this position will coordinate and prioritize projects within department and cross-functional teams (different departments in HR, IT and operation. The Sr Payroll Analyst position will analyze, validate, and manage the real needs of payroll processing, as well as serve as a subject matter expert for various payroll applications.
