Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the full spectrum of payroll administration for both staff and site-based workers.
- Validate payroll inputs, including attendance records, overtime, shift allowances, claims, deductions, and adjustments.
- Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing in accordance with company policies and statutory requirements.
- Prepare payroll journals, reports, payslips, and reconciliation schedules.
- Manage CPF contributions, IRAS reporting, government submissions, and other payroll-related compliance matters.
- Maintain payroll databases and employee records, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.
- Address payroll enquiries and resolve discrepancies in a timely and professional manner.
- Liaise with HR, Finance, project teams, and external agencies on payroll-related matters.
