Job Description
- End to end payroll processing.
- Understanding and following payroll procedures and related forms
- Liaison with HR and Compliance teams
- Assist in computation and processing of employee compensation
- Coordination and management of payroll function
- Assisting with month-end processes, validation of payroll files
- Accounting Payroll Journal Entries
- Accounting employee related accruals & maintaining schedules.
- Assisting in year-end processes such as annual computation of taxes
- Dealing with payroll queries & stake holder management.
- Preparation and reconciliation of monthly General Ledger and payroll journals
- Preparation and reconciliation of payment summaries
- Record keeping – Maintain all relevant documents relating to disbursement of salary payment, payroll related statutory remittances.
