We are seeking an experienced Senior Payroll Specialist (Global) to manage multi-regional payroll operations across Canada, Italy, China, Mexico, and additional global locations. This role involves close coordination with Employer of Record (EOR) partner Deel. International payroll experience is required; expertise in Italian, Chinese, or Mexican payroll is a plus but not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
Process end to end payroll for multiple countries (e.g., Canada, Italy), ensuring timely and accurate execution. Assist with end to end payroll setup in Mexico.
Oversee payroll operations and manage invoices through EOR partner, Deel, across regions including APAC, LATAM, and EMEA.
Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and manage employer payroll account registrations as needed.
