Job Description
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Payroll Specialist to manage end to end payroll processing for approximately 100 employees across their beauty retail operations. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in payroll within a retail or multi-outlet environment, ensuring timely and accurate salary payments, statutory compliance and reporting. This role requires high level accuracy, discretion and understanding of payroll legislation and retail workforce dynamics.
Responsibilities
- End-to-end payroll processing for all retail staff including permanent, part-time and casual workers.
- Ensure compliance with local statutory requirements, including EPF, Socso, EIS, income tax and other deductions.
- Prepare monthly payroll reports and maintain accurate payroll records for auditing and reporting purposes.
