About the Role
We have an exciting 5 month fixed-term opportunity for a Senior People & Capability Partner to cover parental leave and support our Auckland operations from our East Tamaki depot. You’ll help deliver the Northpower People Plan for our Energy Services division, partnering closely with leaders to align people processes, programmes and systems with business goals. This role suits an HR professional with broad generalist experience, including union and employment relations, who is ready to step into an entry‑level leadership role. You’ll lead P&C delivery for our Auckland operations and manage one direct report.
