Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Director-level People Business Partner to join our People team on a -month contract to support designated client groups in Canada. This role is ideal for a seasoned HR professional who excels at execution, partnership, and delivery within established People frameworks. This is not a build-from-scratch role. The focus is on applying sound judgment, strong partnership, knowledge of Canadian employment law and HR legislation, and hands-on execution to support leaders through ongoing business priorities, organizational change, and core People processes.
Partner closely with senior leaders to provide practical, day-to-day people guidance aligned to business priorities.
