Your role
To support our HR team at Pepco, we are currently looking for a Freelancer (m/f/d) in the area of People Operations with a focus on HR systems, operational processes, and the integration of SAP Employee Central and Personio.
- People Operations: Supporting the day-to-day HR operations across the entire employee lifecycle, including administrative HR processes, employee data maintenance, and operational support for internal HR-related requests
- HR System Management: Supporting the operational management and daily usage of SAP Employee Central and Personio, including maintaining system-related HR processes and ensuring data accuracy within both platforms
