Lead HR risk strategy and framework as the Senior People Risk Manager at Equinix in Toronto, Canada. This role focuses on risk governance, compliance, and crisis response initiatives.
As an Individual Contributor, you will design and govern the comprehensive HR risk framework to identify and mitigate risks within the organization. Your leadership will provide data-driven insights to HR and CPO, ensuring operational resilience, ethical standards, and compliance globally.
Key Responsibilities: • Design and update the HR Risk Framework • Manage the People Risk Register and incident preparedness • Develop dashboards for monitoring trends and risks • Establish governance for risk reviews and escalate concerns • Continuously scan for emerging internal and external risks
