Job Title: Senior Performance Manager
Location: Hybrid working – Birmingham office 1 day per week
Contract: Fixed-term contract for 18 months for a short-term project or piece of work
Hours: Full-time (37 hours per week)
Salary: £50,000 per annum

The role:
As Senior Performance Manager, you will be part of the Gambling Commission team that monitors and manages the performance of the National Lottery Operator. You will lead the comprehensive assessment of Operator performance, manage risk, and support the provision of assurance to key stakeholders.
The team:
The National Lottery team is responsible for regulating the National Lottery and ensuring it delivers against the Statutory Duties (i.e. the National Lottery is run with due propriety; participants are protected; returns to good causes are maximised).
