Senior Performance Marketing Manager

Position Summary
The Senior Performance Marketing Manager is responsible for building and activating effective digital growth marketing strategies and campaigns that improve demand generation, pipeline velocity, and brand awareness in support of CAQH growth objectives. This role supports the performance marketing engine across the digital funnel including website optimization, SEO/SEM, paid search (PPC), paid and organic social media, email, and third-party digital platforms and ensures campaigns are measurable, optimized, and connected to revenue outcomes.

As the primary administrator for HubSpot and a key partner for Salesforce (SFDC) reporting, this role manages campaign build, landing pages, lead scoring, nurture programs, data hygiene, and lead flow management to accelerate MQL triage, conversion, and closed-won tracking.
