Responsibilities
- To understand and carry out pharmaceutical care in line with Vision and mission, Core Values, Goals and objective that suit the scope of the Pharmacy services and the hospital.
- To understand the service organization structure.
- To supervise all subordinates and coordinate activities and to assist in preparing duty roster for pharmacy staffs.
- To stand in for Chief Pharmacist / Pharmacist when they are not available in areas permitted by law.
- To help in training and guide new pharmacy assistants, staffs and students.
- To attend meetings held by the services in order to discuss issues and matters pertaining to the operation of the service.
- To be the first liner in all dispensing duties which include: Screening and order entry of prescriptions/ drug charts.
