**Work Shift:** Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
**Work Location:** Ladson, SC
**Required Experience:** Financial Healthcare and/or Accounting Healthcare Experience. Preferred experience includes financial analyst and physician compensation experience.
**Primary Function/General Purpose of Position**
Senior financial analyst is responsible for leading the physician payment process including cap testing all bonus payments, calculating productivity reconciliation payments and reviewing the monthly physician incentive accruals.
