Overview
The Senior Pipeline Engineer applies best practices and knowledge of internal or external issues to improve the Pipeline (Eng) discipline within McDermott. They act as a resource for colleagues with less experience and share conceptual and practical expertise related to the Pipeline (Eng) discipline. The Senior Pipeline Engineer solves complex problems and uses discipline-specific knowledge to improve products or services, impacting a range of customers, operational, project, or service activities with the Pipeline (Eng) team and other related teams, while ensuring work remains within applicable guidelines and policies.
Responsibilities- Perform the engineering for onshore and offshore pipeline systems; requires thorough knowledge of design codes and hands-on use of software in the pipeline discipline.
