This role offers the opportunity to join a specialist land promotion business operating across the residential sector. The Senior Planner / Planning Manager will be responsible for managing the preparation, coordination and submission of residential planning applications across multiple regions, playing a key role in progressing sites from early strategy through to consent and disposal.
Operating within a fast paced and collaborative environment, the role will involve close coordination with internal planning, technical and design teams, alongside the appointment and management of external consultants.
