Kimley-Horn’s planning team is growing and has a rewarding opportunity for a motivated Senior Planner, Practice Builder, to join our team in beautiful Naples, FL. The successful candidate will be a leader in a practice specializing in regional master planning, land use and zoning, and land planning focused in Southwest Florida. This individual will have an entrepreneurial spirit and create a vision for growth for our Land Planning Services practice team while growing their own projects, clients and team around them.
**Responsibilities**
This position will involve leading business development efforts, developing and managing relationships with key clients, and overseeing all project tasks while mentoring the growth of younger staff.
