Business Unit: E‑Commerce
Reporting Line: Inventory Control Manager
Job Purpose: Ensure maximum fulfillment of customer and client orders while maintaining optimal inventory levels. Responsible for strategic planning and execution of supplier stock replenishment to balance supply and demand efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Review and confirm customers’ orders fulfillment (confirm quantity & estimated fulfillment date) – Daily.
- Finalize supplier replenishment and submit purchase orders to supplier (confirm quantity & expected delivery date) – Daily.
- Review inventory holding and work with internal or external stakeholders to reduce non‑moving stock level – Daily/Weekly/Monthly.
- Monitor assortment sales performance and highlight any anomalies (sudden sales spike / no sales) to Commercial team – Daily/Weekly/Monthly.
