Westlakes Recruit are currently recruiting for an experienced senior planning engineer to be engaged on a permanent basis in Whitehaven, Cumbria
We're looking for a skilled Senior Planning Engineer to help shape, sequence and drive the delivery of major construction and civil engineering projects. In this role, you'll be at the heart of planning excellence, supporting both work?winning and on?site delivery to ensure projects run safely, smoothly and to schedule.
What you will be doing:
Developing robust, NEC?compliant programmes from design through to delivery
Working with designers, subcontractors and project teams to build accurate, resource?loaded plans
Monitoring progress, updating programmes and producing clear lookaheads and phasing plans
Driving project controls, benchmarking, logistics planning and time risk management
Creating 4D sequences, using digital tools (Asta, PowerBI) and interrogating 3D models
