Responsibilities
- Develop and manage detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 for roads, utilities, and community development projects.
- Prepare baseline, look-ahead, and recovery schedules aligned with contract requirements.
- Monitor progress, analyze critical paths, and identify schedule risks and delays.
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, S-curves, and dashboards.
