Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a wellreputed Food Manufacturing Company in the UAE. They are seeking an experienced Senior Planning Executive to oversee and optimize production planning, inventory management, and resource allocation in their food processing facility.
Key Responsibilities- Production Planning & Scheduling: Develop and maintain shortterm and mediumterm production plans ensuring optimal capacity utilization and resource allocation. Monitor daily production adjusting plans for delays or advancements. Align daily production schedules with maintenance and operations teams. Open and manage production orders in SAP (versions Z3/Z1/Z5 on a daily basis). Track and manage monthly order backlogs to ensure ontime fulfillment.
