Department: Capital Investment & Planning ManagementIn this position, you will:Organize and conduct post-investment evaluation activities to improve overall investment returns. Drive the development, application, and implementation of digital and intelligent systems in the planning and construction sectors. Coordinate departmental teams to ensure compliance with internal control requirements, assisting group-level and external entities with compliance, internal control, and audit inspections. Manage daily departmental operations, including integrated reporting, development initiatives, strategic measures, expense budgeting, performance planning, work safety, and general administrative affairs.
