Core Engineering & Supervisory Responsibilities A. Preventive & Predictive Maintenance (PPM) Architecture Formulate, schedule, and execute comprehensive daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly preventive maintenance protocols across all active plant assets and machinery. Establish predictive conditioning monitoring practices, leveraging specialized field techniquessuch as vibration analysis, oil spectrometry, structural thermal imaging, and acoustic emission trackingto detect early component degradation. Author and update centralized digital asset history ledgers, meticulously tracking breakdown histories, component running hours, and mean-time-between-failures (MTBF) to forecast overhauls accurately. B. Emergency Breakdown & Troubleshooting Command Lead the sites rapid-response maintenance team, executing swift electrical, mechanical, or hydraulic fault isolation during unexpected equipment failures.
