JOB DESCRIPTION
- Project Planning & Execution: Plan, implement, and track the progress of projects and orders from the initial requirement intake phase to final completion, ensuring compliance with quality, schedule, and cost criteria.
- Resource Coordination: Coordinate, allocate, and manage resources across relevant departments—including Production, Engineering, Quality, Planning, and Import-Export—to ensure efficient project operations.
- Client Interface: Serve as the primary point of contact for direct communication with key clients (Apple, Samsung, LG, etc.) to receive requirements, update project status, handle arising issues, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Documentation Management: Track, control, and manage project dossiers, technical documentation, product standards, and other related records throughout the project lifecycle.
