This is a senior role requiring significant technical expertise to excel in solutions engineering. You will utilize your consulting and engagement experience while collaborating with sales and technical teams to understand and document prospects' infrastructures. Your problem-solving skills will be crucial in delivering compelling due diligence and demonstrations of NICE's CCaaS solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and deliver impactful demos of Customer Service Automation
• Document and evaluate prospects’ infrastructure and solutions
• Lead discovery calls to uncover customer opportunities
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Engineering, and Product teams
• Respond to RFIs and RFPs with detailed, technical insights
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred
