Department: Carbon Project Development : Carbon Credits Own Development
Location: South Africa - Cape Town
Role Purpose
You will lead the sale of high-quality carbon credits to South African and international buyers. You will originate and close deals for both the South African Carbon Tax offsets market and the voluntary carbon market. You will own the full commercial process, from prospecting to contract signature, and help shape our go-to-market approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage a qualified pipeline of carbon credit buyers in South Africa and internationally.
- Lead carbon credit sales for SA Carbon Tax offset use, including advising buyers on offset eligibility, limits, documentation, evidence requirements, and procurement processes.
