Pasona Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Senior Principal Engineer (MOCVD) to operate and manage MOCVD reactor systems in the semiconductor industry. The successful candidate will monitor process quality and lead engineering activities for optoelectronics and photonics products.
Applicants should possess a Master’s Degree and have a minimum of 8 years of experience in MOCVD processes and operations management. Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills are essential.
