Join a dynamic team as a Senior Principal Quantity Surveyor, where you will lead projects and ensure successful delivery through your expertise in quantity surveying. Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of quantity surveyors to meet project requirements. Supervise pre-contract functions, including cost estimation, cost planning, tender document preparation, value engineering, and contract documentation. Oversee post-contract functions such as progress payment valuations, variation evaluations, settling claims, and final account settlements. Serve as the Lead QS for projects, representing the team in client and consultant meetings. Provide contractual guidance and manage claims efficiently. Collaborate effectively with colleagues in all project phases. Assist in the preparation of bids and proposals. Perform additional duties as assigned. Requirements
