We are looking for a driven Senior or Principal Consultant to join our team in Sydney, specialising in the placement of specialist Civil Infrastructure talent across leading contractors, developers, engineers, and public and private sector clients.
This is a genuine 360 billing role — you'll own the full recruitment cycle, from business development and client relationship management through to candidate sourcing, assessment, and offer management. You'll be operating in a market buoyed by record levels of government and private infrastructure spending, where demand for top talent consistently outstrips supply.
