A growing law firm is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor (6+ PQE) to join their expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in a department with strong momentum, offering autonomy, vision, and opportunities for career growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead on a diverse portfolio of private client matters, including:
- Complex wills and estate planning
- Trust creation and administration
- Probate and estate administration (including taxable estates)
- Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
- Asset protection and succession planning for business owners and high-net-worth clients
- Contribute to the strategic development of the department and work towards leading the team.
- Provide high-quality advice and maintain excellent client relationships.
