Job Description
A well-established Scottish firm is currently recruiting a Private Client Solicitor to join its growing team based in Paisley. This is a permanent position and can be offered on a full-time or part-time basis.
The role will involve managing a varied caseload of private client work, including wills, powers of attorney, executries, and – where relevant – trusts. There is particular interest in candidates with strong executry experience or specialist knowledge in trust matters. The successful candidate will work closely with the wider team and report directly to a senior member of the firm.
The team is ideally seeking candidates with 5+ years’ PQE. These are viewed as key appointments, and the firm is focused on finding the right individual rather than recruiting to a strict level.
A hybrid working arrangement is in place, typically three days in the office and two from home, with additional flexibility available depending on experience and workload.
