- Managing and sustaining process including involve safety activities including identifying hazards, participating in safety audits, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Responsible for solving daily process problems by systematic methods (e.g. 8D). Responsible for designing and executing experiments to test hypotheses and optimize processes. Responsible for demonstrating short-term and long-term process capability (Cmk, Cpk) through proficient process capability analysis and interpretation of results to identify areas for improvement. Ownership of FMEA development and implementation as well as control plans to mitigate risks in production. Independently develop and implement production standards, provide comprehensive training to operator on processes, procedures, and equipment.
