Job Summary
- Develop or maintain a highly effective plan to meet the high standard of operation to meet the engineering KPI.
- Formulate a program to establish the backend process simplification and automation to improve operation/HPU and achieve cost saving.
- To establish all labeling processes and tester/equipment capacity/productivity models for integrated automation.
- To maintain Label tester and vision inspection machine functionality, maintenance and software upgrade or even development.
- To ensure necessary control, equipment maintenance, setup, safety, PCP are carried out or established to meet the product specifications.
- To lead a group of AE/techs/MS to support projects besides daily tasks and to support OTD, scrap and rework reduction.
