- Global Fleet Service Management
- End-to-End Lifecycle Coordination: Manage the full lease lifecycle, from initial vehicle selection and procurement through to contract conclusion and return.
- Operational Continuity: Execute the vehicle swap-over process to ensure zero downtime for field employees and manage end-of-lease returns to minimize financial recharges.
- Vendor & Policy Governance: Lead the day-to-day KPI management of global leasing partners and support HR in the governance of Global Fleet Policies.
