s: Perform Customer & Project Master Data creation / amendment.Manage Service Performance ReviewSupport monthly or yearly audit testing by providing all relevant documentations.Manage / monitor query resolution related to Master DataParticipate in UAT as when needed.Assist in developing and implementing process improvements to meet business goals.Perform any ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities which the superior may assign from time to time.Job Requirements: Basic Graduate in any discipline is required.1 - 2 years of experience in a BPO environment preferably Retail/CPG Industry.Hands-on experience in working on Order to Cash process i.e Agreements/Contracts, Claims etc.Experience in working on ERP systems i.e SAP & Web based tools.Proficient MS Excel
