Senior Process Technician – Westmead, Pinetown
A leading electronic manufacturing company is seeking an experienced Senior Process Technician to drive process optimization, SMT efficiency, automation integration, and continuous improvement within a high-performance manufacturing environment.
Requirements:
- BSc/BEng in Engineering
- 5–7 years’ electronics manufacturing / EMS experience
- Strong SMT, wave soldering, AOI, X-ray, PFMEA, Lean Six Sigma expertise
- Proven leadership in process improvement, NPI, and technical team management
