Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
Secure customers/consumers’ privilege as solving their complaints on our products. Increase brand image thru their satisfaction on our products and service in order to support our sales goal
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for delivering outstanding ASC thru timely processing of repair and shipping so that customer/consumer could repurchase our products again.
- Answering AS inqury calls for warranty issues properly
- Communicate with customer/consumer on the criteria for judging defects products
- Make judgements for loss responsibility of manufacturer, retailer or consumer.
- Arrangement in resolving customer/consumer complaints.
