Job Description
We are seeking proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our Procurement family and contribute directly to the defence and national security of Singapore by strategising and executing the procurement of state-of-the-art defence systems, critical goods and essential services.
The Successful Candidate Shall Be Responsible For The Following- Strategising Procurement: Partner closely with project teams to understand their requirements, review technical specifications, and formulate robust procurement strategies tailored to project requirements.
- End-to-End Procurement Execution: Conduct procurement processes which include preparation of the sourcing documents, evaluation, negotiation, approval and contracts.
- Contract Management: Manage contracts in terms of monitoring supplier performance and supporting contract management activities.
