Job Description
Selfridges requires a highly experienced Procurement and Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) professional with a proven track record in several spend areas and a deep understanding of best practice processes in Procurement and Supplier Relationship Management to manage its GNFR spend.
It is essential given the transformation required that this someone who is:
Able to drive their own and their teams productivity within our new ways of working/structure
Able to think about the Procurement team as one and can provide clear direction on how they will achieve this
Able to manage a team through change and has demonstrable examples of how they have previously realised this
