Job Description
Responsibilities
- Creation and management of short mid and long term strategic procurement goals and objectives for Direct Subcontracting and IM&S categories (together with his/her direct reports if there is any).
- Creation and improvement of procurement processes in alignment with the stakeholders including market analysis strategy sourcing & negotiation and contract approval.
- Identification and realization of costsaving opportunities including local / regional consolidation projects.
- Management of procurement systems.
- Management of procurement staff in and across sourcing contracting supplier management and miscellaneous internal procurement support activities.
- Development of the team strategy and support for the employee development by offering proper training coaching and job rotation opportunities.
