SENIOR PRODUCT DESIGN ENGINEER (Permanent) Our client, a global manufacturing organization in WNY, is looking to hire a Senior Product Design Engineer to join their growing team. This is a newly created position due to growth. Responsibilities: Lead endtoend new product development initiatives, from concept and modeling through prototyping, testing, and final production Partner with manufacturing, quality, and crossfunctional engineering teams to ensure designs are practical, costefficient, and ready for production Create comprehensive technical specifications, including material selection, tolerances, manufacturing processes, and assembly requirements Utilize CAD tools (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or Rhino) to develop 3D product models, technical drawings, and prototypes Perform product testing, performance analysis, and validation to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and customer specifications Drive design improvements focused on manufacturability, durability, cost optimization, long...
