Senior Product Designer, Client Stream
You’ll design digital experiences that make Dialogue indispensable to more than 10M Canadians — the services, products, and capabilities that help employers confidently launch programs, support their populations, and see measurable impact.
Client Stream is where product meets real‑world scale
- Regularly shipping new offerings to millions of members (e.g., Women’s Health, Medical Second Opinion)
- Strengthening core offerings like Primary Care / Mental Health / Employee Assistance Program
- Owning the client experience end‑to‑end, including an in‑house administrative portal where clients manage eligibility and access insights
- Driving real outcomes: helping members access care safely and quickly, while giving employers peace of mind that their employees are well taken care of
