<p>Within the Consumer Tribe, the Consumer Bank squad is at the heart of one of SumUp's most exciting growth bets – scaling SumUp Pay to an ambitious Monthly Active User target. </p>
<p>The team designs end-to-end experiences across the full user lifecycle: from onboarding and account activation to driving engagement through features like Spaces, Open Banking insights, and budget tracking. Every design decision directly shapes whether a user becomes an active, loyal customer.</p>
