Job Description
To lead user-centered design across the full product lifecycle, from discovery and validation to delivery and post-launch iteration, while coaching client teams to build lasting design capability. In this consultancy role, you champion user needs, design at scale, and enable others to deliver high-quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and conduct user research (interviews, usability testing, field studies) to uncover real needs.
- Translate insights into clear, actionable findings that guide product direction.
- Lead end-to-end design across cross-functional teams, applying systems thinking for scalable solutions.
