Job Description
To lead user-centered design across the full product lifecycle, from discovery and validation to delivery and post-launch iteration, while coaching client teams to build lasting design capability. In this consultancy role, you champion user needs, design at scale, and enable others to deliver high-quality outcomes. Key Responsibilities Plan and conduct user research (interviews, usability testing, field studies) to uncover real needs. Translate insights into clear, actionable findings that guide product direction. Lead end-to-end design across cross-functional teams, applying systems thinking for scalable solutions. Create workflows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to align stakeholders. Facilitate workshops (journey mapping, co-creation, design critiques) to drive collaboration and decisions.
