Role Summary Product Development
Responsible for the design and development of new parts, subsystems, and products, including R&D, design improvements, problem-solving, and testing activities. The role involves coordination for concept development, feasibility studies, design validation, and prototype manufacturing to ensure successful product realization.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and schedule product design and development activities across multiple projects and variants
- Design and develop components, subsystems, and compressor packages as per project plans and EPDP
- Coordinate design validation activities with cross-functional teams
- Provide technical inputs to support procurement and development processes
- Execute redesign and engineering changes, including special projects as per business requirements
