At Molex, we enable global connectivity by developing advanced high-speed connectivity solutionsfor automotive electrical architectures worldwide.As a SeniorProductDevelopmentEngineer in our Connected Mobility Solutions Networking group, you will lead the design and development of next-generation high-speedconnectors, ensuring top performance, cost-effectiveness, andtimelydelivery through global collaboration and technicalexpertise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end design and development of automotive high-speed connectors, meeting industry standards and customer needs.
  • Collaborate across global teams (signal integrity, manufacturing, program management, sales, validation) to align goals.
  • Conduct feasibility studies, simulations, and testing to validate designs.
  • Optimize designs for manufacturability, assembly, and cost in partnership with manufacturing.
  • Create and update detailed 3D CAD models and 2D drawings.
