About the role
This is a rare opportunity to join at the ground floor of a major growth initiative and play a central role in shaping Fig’s future beyond its current product lineup. Working closely with senior leaders across the company, you’ll help turn new product ideas into real, scalable businesses: shaping strategy, designing customer and operational experiences, and driving execution from concept through launch and growth.
This is a highly cross‑functional, zero‑to‑one role for someone who thrives in ambiguity and loves building.
