About The Role
Our growing team is looking for a Senior Product Manager – Product Ops Lead. The mission will be to empower cross‑functional squads and mentor Product Owners through coaching, shadowing, and sharing industry best practices while driving our transformation, in close collaboration with coaches and various stakeholders, towards a scalable, product‑centric culture across all business units.
What You'll Do Here
- People
- Shadow POs and provide practical guidance and real‑time feedback.
- Coach them on core product skills: discovery, hypothesis‑driven prioritization, stakeholder engagement, storytelling, outcome definition.
- Act as a trusted partner and sounding board for Product Owners navigating those changes.
- Develop a training curriculum for product owners.
- Contribute to community of practice and implement a PO shadowing program across IFC.
