General
- Able to communicate well, strong conviction in the Government's mission and good user management skills
- Experienced in running major projects with strong management skills
- Can think of the big picture while being able to deep-dive into details if required
- Able to hands-on and go onsite e.g. project sites if required
- Drive business outcomes by taking on a product from end (problem definition) to end (release and continuous improvement)
- Interview stakeholders and users to understand problem space and define problem statement.
- Craft proposals to justify resource allocations and secure funding.
- Define success measures and set up dashboards to monitor progress.
- Identify hypotheses, develop product strategy, and devise initiatives to drive product outcomes.
