About the Role
As a Product Owner, you will own the definition, prioritization, and follow-through of product initiatives across key areas of the XCEED product ecosystem. You will turn business goals, stakeholder input, and user needs into structured product plans, and make sure initiatives move forward with clear scope, aligned expectations, and measurable outcomes.
You will work closely with Product Design, Engineering, and key business stakeholders to deliver high-quality product improvements that create real value for users and the business. This role is about much more than shipping features: it is about making sure the team is solving the right problems, with clarity, focus, and strong impact discipline.
